Notes Praise be to God, according to his two martyrs in his history, who are masters of insight and knowledge, builders and carpenters, who know what was destroyed, of the urns and other things, and the extent of the damage in that, and to them is the reference in knowing that, with those who asked them to stand on the walls of the heads of the Al-Didban neighborhood located in Ain Al-Baghl, one of them from the side of Ain Al-Baghl and the other from the side of Sidi Ali Al-Diab. Whoever came from the side of Ain Al-Baghl or vice versa and was asked from them whether what was mentioned remains harmful to the people of the Ain Al-Baghal and Sadi Ali Al-Diyab neighborhoods, and who should build that? So it became clear to them, with evidence of their discretion and proof of their knowledge and what their diligence led to, that the continuation of what was mentioned would be harmful to the two mentioned districts, and that the construction of what was on the Ain al-Baghal side would be on the millstone of al-Didban, the millstone of al-Ghardis, and Arwa Habas, the corner of Sidi Muhammad Ayoub and the aforementioned corner, and the building of what was on the side of Sidi Ali al-Diyab would be on the Arsat al-Qubbab, Arsat al-Mangour, Arsat Ibn Faris al-Fawqiya, Arsat al-Tahir, and Zawiyat al-Dabagh. They said and testified to it, and its contents were recorded. Their testimony was given by them on the twenty-first of Rabi’ al-Thani, eighty-nine, two hundred and one thousand. What was mentioned was authenticated by the truth. Arsat al-Tahir and Zawiyat al-Dabbagh, the teacher, Hajj Ahmad Abbad al-Bukhaar. The boy, Ham, and Khalouf al-Fujiji, the builder. Praise be to God. Witness the poor servant, who knows the infirmity, the poor, who trusts in all his affairs on his master, alienated from everyone else. Hopeful for his pardon and satisfaction. The guardian of legal rulings in the presence of Fez al-Idrisiyah, may God Almighty preserve it by His grace. And he was honored by all that came after him, and he (amputated) the Andalusian waqf, may God honor him and guard it with his duty, which is to preserve it, and he was preserved by God Almighty, so that he had that in terms of what was mentioned in the history above. The most correct of what was mentioned in the drawing above has complete proof. The truth is Arsat al-Tahir and Zawiyat al-Dabbagh.
