Notes Praise be to God for the permission of the one who should be called by God and the most beautiful of his salvation on the tongue of his aid, Si Allal Al-Mahyoui, he saw his martyrs, may God protect them through him, the righteous Hajj Muhammad bin Ali Al-Awdi Al-Sousi Al-Hassar, lying on a bed in his house, and around his left ear from behind a swollen effect, the skin was visible, and blood coming out of the middle of the ear, staining what was on his head and some of his clothes while he was in pain, and this is something that a wise person does not often do to himself, so some of those present asked him about the one who did that to him, and he answered. That my master Muhammad ibn Hashim Ibn al-Aziz struck him with a stone of iron wood, the aforementioned alienation in the face of injustice and aggression, so God judged him before he woke up, so the aforementioned striker is the one who is liable and the one who benefits from him. And then the teacher, the grandson of Ibn Khumm, the doctor, was present, and after he inspected the aforementioned alienation, Ibn Khumm mentioned in the mentioned place that she stayed inside and her blood is the one that comes out of the permission. That is to be feared from him. Whoever has seen whoever mentioned and heard from him and from the aforementioned doctor, and what he mentioned, his record is a witness against them both. On the authority mentioned on the tongue of whoever mentioned, and everyone knows its value and in its entirety, except for Al-Susi, the situation is great as mentioned and known to them, and the aforementioned assistant and doctor were erected for what was mentioned, and on the twentieth of Ramadan the Great in the year one hundred and eighty-seven and two hundred thousand. Praise be to God, the plaintiff, with all his might, bears witness that he acquitted the defendant. There is what was included in the dhimmiyyah, where it was mentioned by complete acquittal, the general absolute north that is not followed by resurrection in any way or way, whether he died from that or lived, and that is the dignity of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He gave full testimony, and he knew his worth, and he testified about it in a state of mild pain, of what was mentioned, around seventy, and with him on his feet, and he recognized it on the twenty-fourth of the month around him.
