Notes Praise be to God, in the record of (amputation), which God obeyed, through which the trustees of the oil mentioned that they did not collect tenths from the olives of Al-Qarawiyyin and Al-Rusif in the previous period before its date, except in the year seventy. The Nazir, Haj Abdul Qadir Bennani, sold it to Ahmed Ibn Mansour and those with him, and the buyer’s stipulation on the Nazir was that he would not pay the tithes because he was included in the sale. Whoever was present, registered it, witnessed it in full, and recognized them on the seventeenth of Rajab, the sacred individual, in the year seventy-four, with one hundred and two hundred thousand.
