| Notes | Praise be to God, Hajj al-Tayyib ibn al-Hajj al-Arabi Ashqalil appeared with his two witnesses and mentioned that he was Bahri al-Shar’a with Sharif Moulay Jaafar al-Alawi in the Idrisiya Zawiya with the judge. Then, the mentioned Sharif summoned him to the Pasha in the city of Fez and he himself summoned him to the judge in the Zawiya and defeated him, but neither he appeared nor anyone representing him. He submitted his matter to Judge Fez. He wrote this on the lips of his assistant, Mr. Omar al-Aghzawi, and recorded him as a witness against him with what he mentioned, knowing his fate and he was fully aware of it and the aid knew it. He was erected on the seventh of Rajab in the year 1284. Abd Rabbo |
