Praise be to God alone. May God’s peace and blessings be upon our master and master Muhammad, his family and companions, our beloved, the most beloved, the most generous leader, the most happy leader, al-Murtada, Mr. Idris al-Sarraj. They cut off the road with his two brothers and plundered for them the animals they had with them and what they had and killed them, as you hear. And we have been informed that some of them are there with an axe, so we would like you to arrest one of them and put him in prison after executing the animals they have until you inform us of that. May God bless you and us with love and peace. On the 16th of Shaban Al-Abrak in the year 1281, the father of Muhammad, may God be pleased with him, was born.
