Praise be to God alone, our earthly lover and leader, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After Muhammad bin Qaddour Al-Haji Al-Ashi, who had acknowledged that the Sharif Moulay Suleiman Ibn Al-Habib Al-Alawi had given him a horse and a mule for the stud, Sidi Al-Tahami Al-Nasiri, and its paternal uncle to Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Al-Shashou’i in Al-Hayina, the Caliph of Sefrou brought the aforementioned Sharif’s two hands and asked him whether he had paid the horse and the mule to the aforementioned Al-Hajji, so he replied. By denying, now, if it is proven against the aforementioned honorable that he paid it to D, then their lawsuit will remain dependent on him alone for his approval, according to your knowledge, and it must be secured by extracting the two animals to their Lord or paying their price, so talk to me about that, and with love and peace Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
