Praise be to God, our dearest lover, leader and leader, Mr. Muhammad bin Talib, may God protect you and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. After that, the notification is to your Excellency regarding the matter of the ghee and oil halls and the occurrence of the increase in them with each other until they stopped at one of them with this 2600 for three months ago. Then we directed them to all of them and they came and we called them to sell from 400 until the bidding took place among them with this 1700, so we indicated to them to complete the two hundred. So they were all unable, and we thought it was appropriate for this to be the one who had them first because of his firmness and control and his implementation of honorable orders and obedience to pay the price every month, so we agreed to sell him in them, with your permission, for two hundred mithqals, and for a period of one year, in order to ensure his discretion and to cut off the quarreling between him and his group and to look at you and (cutting) upon us is the media and love and peace. At the end of Jumada al-Awwal in the year 1273, Abd Rabbuh Muhammad al-Rukaybi, may God be kind to him. Abd Rabbuh Ahmed bin Al-Saeed, may God grant him trust
