Notes
Praise be to God alone May God’s blessings be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and companions. May God bless the days of our beloved and the place of our dearest father, the earthly jurist, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God protect you and take care of you. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you for the goodness of our Master. May God grant him victory. And then, let it be in your honor to know that we commissioned Sheikh Tam’a (Bitr) Ould Abb, who made for us many inheritances except whites and sheep, and he placed them in our country, and among them, one good, and he saved us. The servants who served it and gave it to our cowardly companions, who divorced the master and plundered it. Now we love you, may God bless you. The pregnant woman will return to you and he will know what they plundered among them for you, and your companions will go with him and support him until they seize the place where the kosha was written and he will appear to them and collect what they did from it and pay the eighth of it. And with your love and peace on the 25th of Ramadan in the year 1289.
