The beginning of the manuscript: Come, O luminous one of knowledge, and cast down the slanders of your thinking, O luminous one of mastery, and come voluntarily by order of our Most Benevolent Father, for the cup of guidance has come to rise (...) and I called it the healing of the wounded heart by explaining the purdah of praise.
The end of the manuscript: Where their affiliation to that exalted position was indicative of all the perfection of God’s care for them, and to God is the importance of Imam al-Shafi’i, when he says: And my wanderings have not increased my honor *** I promised that with my soles I would step on the chandeliers. My entry under your saying, O my servants *** And if you become Ahmed to me as a prophet. When God called upon us to obey him *** With the most honorable of messengers, we were the most honorable of nations.
