Praise be to God, He has granted the honorable jurist, the most noble and worthy president, Mr. Al-Mufaddal, the son of the blessed president, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, from Al-Makri, to him are the honorable ones, my dear sir, and his brother, Sidi Al-Mamoun, and to Sharif Al-Muneim, Sidi Hammad Al-Misfer Al-Khayi, and her nephew, Sidi Idris Ibn Al-Fatimi, and the protected woman, Mrs. Ani, the daughter of Hajj Muhammad Al-Shadid, all the Arwa Al-Khayna, the first right hand of the interior, with the Lord of Boubakar, from the enemy of Fez Al-Andalus, which is adjacent to the house of the honorable ones. For a period of two years coming from his date in his prime, the amount of it in each month of the aforementioned period was one riyal or a quarter of a riyal. He presented to them all the rent for the mentioned period, thirty riyals, which they obtained from him in full and in-kind possession. My dear sir had three shares, and my lord Al-Mamoun had eight shares, and my lord Idris had seven shares, and the rest of his share had one share. They released him from all the rent for the mentioned period, and he hearted and agreed to rent completely. And if he does not entrust the lease contract to someone else, they know its value and he bears witness to it in its entirety, and the men know he knows the one who bought it and trusts him, and he was confident in it in the opening of Safar Al-Khair in the year one thousand three hundred and seventeen.
