Notes The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (...). Praise be to God. It was narrated on the authority of Sheikh Mansour, may God have mercy on us and upon him. He narrates on the authority of Nur al-Din al-Isbahani, the imam of our Lord, the Commander of the Faithful, al-Ma’mun, son of the Commander of the Faithful, Harun al-Rashid (…). He said that the Commander of the Faithful, Harun al-Rashid, had a black, ugly-looking slave girl. End of the manuscript: There is no power nor strength except in God, the Most High, the Great, and peace be upon all the prophets and messengers. Our last supplication is: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and this is the schedule as you see it. When we saw it, we enlarged it (...)
