Praise be to God, our beloved jurist, the eminent scholar, Sir Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. The bearer is the son of Hajj Al-Mahdi Haddad, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Yaqoubi lost his money and claimed that it had been stolen from him, so we arrested him for it, until the matter in that matter came to a reconciliation with her in half, paid to him by whoever was in charge now and released, and the story of her incident is in the fee that reaches your sovereignty and the form of reconciliation in it as well, but we ended her matter because she is from another town. What is intended is permission to sign that peace treaty so that the matter of his claim or what appears to be settled for us to act on it and on love and peace hastily.
