Notes
Praise be to God, our beloved jurist, the kindest earthly leader, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, peace be upon you, and the mercy and blessings of God Almighty, for the good of our master, may God support him. And Al-Dukkali, who was claiming plundering of the possession of the Battle of Bani Ammar, had asked them to swear an oath as we presented to you, and he did not answer us. He hesitated to complain to us for an hour, so we answered, “Are they blessed with the oath or not?” and with love and peace. Our Lord, the Imam, and after that, the complainant above responded to us by your insolence by swearing an oath to him by the Zarahnah. Then the situation came across them, taking advantage of cleaning out tenths of the warehouse, and we wrote to them that when it was finished, they would come forward to swear to him truly, and with love and peace. Idris Al-Siraj.
