Notes Praise be to God for the wages of two builders and a service 8/144, two ropes 6, a container and a drain 28 for the landing of Qarmoud Barashil. The villagers gathered 309, plus the price of a quintal of lime 7 and his lambs and loads of sand about a hair’s breadth from the above, in addition to the price of the residence. There are thirty mithqals and nine uqi’s which the two ground overseers, the Muhtasib Sidi Muhammad al-Mufaddal al-Sarraj, brought out on behalf of himself and his partner, due to his absence from my supervisor. The villagers then paid it into the hands of the Waqif, Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Habib, and it became their day along with the price of the above accommodation according to the honorable command of God, on the 7th of Al-Qa’dah Al-Haram in the year 1316.
