Notes
Praise be to God. His witnesses saw Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Makki Al-Ahmar and his brother, Mr. Al-Tuhamy, and they were stained with (amputation) blood. He revealed their fangs, so he performed four surgeries on the aforementioned Mr. Muhammad on his head, and the fifth, behind his permission, performed two wounds on Mr. Al-Tuhamy, one at the top of his right eyebrow, a large one, and another at the bottom of his eye, a small one, and in his hand from the one who accepted what was mentioned with them. They replied that the perpetrator of them was the aforementioned sanctuary and the one who called for (the amputation), the honorable Mrs. Zainab Al-Sayyid Al-Tuhami. And Mr. Abdullah, on the face of injustice and transgression, if God Almighty decrees, then they die before they are cooled, as mentioned by those who honor their blood specifically, answerably, and with an oath, knowing its value and testifying to it in place of what they described and recognized on the twenty-third of Shawwal in the year two hundred and eighty-three.
