Notes Praise be to God alone, and may God’s prayers be upon our Lord, the Messenger of God. He saw his martyrs on the day of his history, Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Qasim Al-Zarhouni Al-Amghasi, with a wound on his head, a wound the size of the fingers of a hand, as long as a wound that a person does not do to himself. So his martyrs testified that Al-Hadi Bem Ahmed bin Dahman and his brother Alal from the aforementioned Madshar met him, put them on the ground, and walked around him with beatings and maces, and their brother, Mr. Muhammad, added to them, striking him with separation and injury, and he did that to him. Intentionally and boldly to God Almighty, and that he was suffering from stomach pain, until God decreed his death before he was declared innocent. The aforementioned Sayyid Muhammad and the brotherhood of the aforementioned are taken under his protection, and it is benefited that they are based on work and not on the basis of error. True testimony. He knew his worth and testified to the soundness of his mind and proof of his responsibility. He became ill with his body from the pain of the aforementioned wound, voluntary and permissible, and he recognized it on the twelfth of Dhul-Qi’dah in the year two hundred and eight thousand servants of His Lord Almighty. And he worshiped his Lord Almighty
