Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master and lord Muhammad and his family, our righteous son, the Archbishop Pasha, the jurist, Mr. Al-Tayeb Al-Muqri, may God protect you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our master, may God support him. After he learned the noble knowledge, may God call him, of what the people of Casablanca requested of surrounding the new cemetery with a fence, he issued his honorable order to the Ministry of Prisons to work on it, and it was signed. It was agreed with Gant Al-Ahbas and the administration of the municipality of Casablanca that brokerage would be conducted through a tender for the value of 77,200 francs for which this was submitted, and half of it was deposited, the prison would pay half of it, and after completing it, the honorable side helped, may God bless him, and we informed you of this so that you could respond to the mentioned people with it.
