Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our Master and Master Muhammad and his family, our beloved earthly trustees of the anchorage of Tetouan who are exempt. May God’s security, peace, and mercy of God be upon you for the best of our Master, may God grant him victory. And after we have received your letter, herewith, an explanation of what you directed to Sharif al-Hadra with the donkey, of what you ordered him to direct from the cannons that may be placed at the anchorage, and to set them up as an invitation, mazcanos, and other than that, and a copy of the answer that You addressed the Sherif of Hazrat with a statement, and he remained on that and came to mind and in the honorable answer is sufficient and on love and peace on the 26th of Hajj al-Haram in the year 1326 Muhammad Al-Muqri, may God be with him.
