Praise be to God alone. Sir Idris al-Sarraj. Peace be upon your position and God’s mercy in the presence of our master, may God grant him victory. And we ask of your kindness to the martyr and your great kindness that you bestow upon him the price of a sacrifice for him, even if he does not think well of you, and I believe that he departs from your honorable presence as is your custom with people like him that have come upon you. May God keep you as a sun that shines upon His servants that will not fade away until the Day of Calling. What has been mentioned regarding the fabrication of favor, especially in this honorable state, is not hidden, Your Excellency. Praise be to God, whoever remembers is not among those who remember, and be mindful of what the Almighty says, except affection for one’s kin. And upon perfect love, public service, and peace, in accordance with the degree of those who are determined, resolves come, and they come in accordance with the honorable ones, and their small things are magnified in the eyes of the small, and the great ones are small in the eyes of the great.
