Notes	Praise be to God alone. His Excellency the Grand Controller. The duties of this auspicious day lead to the absence of joys and complete joy. What increases the joy in these holidays is the mingling of the two honorable elements, France and Morocco, and the intensity of their connection. If we are among the participants in celebrating in the eyes of the majestic French Republic, this holiday in which we embarked on the foundations of freedom, brotherhood and equality, and it was a decisive end to that time in which tyranny did not wish.
