Praise be to God alone, our love, the happiest jurist, the most righteous president, Sidi Idris al-Sarraj. Peace be upon your Excellency and God’s mercy, for the goodness of our Lord, may God help him. Then, what is required of your Excellency is to accept our intercession in the case of a dear pigeon teacher, because he wrote to me from prison yesterday, and I was late, and he repeated to us, “We have children next to us, and we have by your side what preceded our intercession in it. May God intercede for us and for you, my Lord, the presence, peace and blessings be upon him, on the 24th of Rabi’ al-Nabawi, 1279 Ahmed bin Al-Arabi.” Al-Balghiti, may God be gracious to him and improve his condition with His help
