Praise be to God alone. May God’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and the family of our master, the earthly jurist, the blessed, the good, the religion, the Murtada, Idris Al-Sarraj. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you, for the best of our master, may God grant him victory. Then I brought before your blessed presence two imprisoned men, one of whom wounded the other with a knife after what happened, the gunpowder fell between them near the corner, and the other, you arrested him, enabled his nephew and others, they set up a woman for corruption, so when I informed of that. And I sent after them, but we did not find any of them except the uncle, so I directed him to the place of corruption, so for the knowledge of God, he will judge them and we will direct them, God willing, to you. And from him, the uncle and his brother did not pay him the zakat of our master other than this time, so answer me what my work will be with them and their brothers because they are settled near the corner. Where the ruler of the rulings asks them and on the corner to perform what he mentioned, they evade to the sheikhs of the farmers and vice versa. We also want from your great benevolence to help me in them. We are dealing with a matter. Al-Makhzaniyah, so that whoever arrives at your happy presence summoning someone else, arrest him and rebuke him, so that you can close the door on this insult, and it is not the first of your blessings and peace, on Shawwal 18, 1278, your successor, Mr. Muhammad Al-Aghzawi, may God grant him peace.
