Praise be to God for the rent of two builders and a service of 7/134 and rent of a carpentry and a drain of 28 for the circulation of a barmud in Brashil Al-Qarawiyyin met with lambs of a barrage of thickets 30/600 gathered 0313. Add to it the price of the baramud above, including what you left in the aggregate of the above-mentioned floors, in addition to the price of the baramud. There are thirty-one mithqals and thirty uqiyas that the respected land overseer, Sidi Muhammad al-Mufaddal al-Sarraj, brought out on behalf of himself and his partner in the overseers. Because of its disappearance, the supervisor of the Qarawiyyin had to pay it into the hand of the person responsible for it, Ibn al-Habib, and to receive it on their day, along with the price of the above-mentioned brick, in accordance with the honorable command. God named it on the 17th of Dhul-Qa’dah in the year 1316.
