Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family, the dearest brother on earth, the eminent jurist, the great and faithful Si Tayeb al-Muqri, may God protect you, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, in the presence of our Lord, may God grant him support. We were honored by your blessed ruler informing us of the affairs of your household from Paris on the wing of glory and safety. Your arrival in Tangier, arrival in Yemen and well-being, as your brothers informed us of the safety of your family and offspring. Especially my brother, Sidi Al-Hajj Al-Mukhtar, may God rectify everyone’s situation, and as God bears witness, your brother has experienced more relief and happiness than we can do due to the safety and well-being God has granted you in this blessed destination, and we pray to Him, Glory be to Him, that your brothers will remain under His protection and that we will be reunited with you in the best and most pleasant of conditions. Then the conditions here are nothing to disturb, and praise be to God. May God protect us from all the brothers, and may God protect them, the children, all the people of the house, and the brothers. Peace be upon you on the 12th of Qa’dah al-Haram in the year 1390, and from there, the brothers and all the people of the house greet you, and they are happy and rejoicing because God has bestowed upon your brothers the blessing of well-being. May God continue it to everyone immediately, and here is the more correct Mecca, may God bless him.
