Praise be to God, when he was on the side of the Most High, may God preserve his glory and exalt him under the protection of Hajj al-Shafi’i, son of the late Hajj Hammad al-Qabbaj, one thousand mithqals in individuals and twenty-five mithqals of dirhams, which he owed in the package of flogging that was in his hand, according to what is attested to by the book of the one in the hand of Mutawalli. This was arrested at the time by the most honorable student, Sidi Muhammad bin al-Tajir al-Amin, Sidi Muhammad bin al-Hajj al-Tayyib Barada, and the debtor claimed. The mentioned loss in the aforementioned rest and he raised his complaint regarding what they mentioned to our Lord, the Commander of the Faithful, and may God grant him happiness over the aforementioned two worlds. The aforementioned half of the waiting period is in exchange for his loss, and he pays the remaining half in equal and equal installments over twenty months received from the date of the aforementioned separation. Then the matter is returned to our Lord, may God grant him victory. If he decides, may God support him, to drop the aforementioned half, then that is it. Otherwise, considering his diligence, God will preserve its majesty. The son of the aforementioned rival, the young Abbas, will appear and guarantee on behalf of his aforementioned father the performance of what he mentioned, as he mentioned, as a necessary guarantee for what he has and his obligation, with his permission for him, and the one who owed him was satisfied. They recognized his value, and he testified against them in its entirety. He recognized them, and Al-Amin confirmed what he mentioned, and the testimony of what was mentioned was presented about a month before its date, and the books were delayed, while the testimony was preserved until the middle of Jumada Al-Thani in the year nine, with the first seventy-two folds, with one hundred and two hundred, and a thousand.
