Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our Lord Muhammad and his family. May God bless the days of our beloved Mr. Hajj Belkacem. May God protect you and take care of you. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you. May God grant him victory. You know the children of Hajj Al-Hashimi. We are righteous and our brothers and people of honor and women. They are busy with what helps them and do not enter into curiosity. These are more than twenty years. He has been with us and they performed Hajj with us first and second. We heard that Hajj Al-Safi caught up with people we love you. You take care of his affairs until he is discharged on a beautiful face. May God bless you and he directed us towards you to stand with you. And here is his brother, Hajj Al-Tuhamy, responding to you and we know you. Do not be negligent with others, not with those on our side. This is our disgrace and you know them. And every one who receives a letter we love you, you pay it to the lover of all, the jurist Mr. Idris, after our peace be upon him and his love and peace on the 8th of Rajab in the year 1289.
