Praise be to God, the two eminent earthly inspectors, Mr. Muhammad al-Fadl ibn al-Baraka, the late Mr. Idris al-Sarraj, and Mr. Hajj Ahmed ibn al-Amin, the late Hajj al-Arabi al-Sharat, testified that they had acquired from the recipient, Mr. al-Ghali ibn Zakri, through the muezzin, ibn Bubakr, all forty-six riyals, with the middle of the two in lineage, a complete and inspected possession. This is from the one who provided what he was assigned to receive from the possessions and released him, and whoever must be released from their aforementioned receipt, they knew its value. He testified against them in their entirety, recognized them, and established them on the ninth of Rabi’ al-Awwal in the year 1315
