Notes Praise be to God, after Abdullah bin al-Mahdi bin Ahmad al-Kairn al-Maqri is an Arab, fatuh for height, continuous, full of cheeks, a straight nose, and a shrunken forehead on Hajj Muhammad bin Azouz al-Sharqawi, claiming that it was sixteen and one mithqal of old dirhams, and he seized an uncle following what was mentioned, dividing four mithqals from the defendant, five mithqals over two old ounces, and they testified to the plaintiff that he had received the specified kit in redemption of the oath required of the defendant.
