Praise be to God, our beloved jurist, the best, the most noble, the virtuous, and the best, Sir Muhammad Gharit. Peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. The people of the citadel from Al-Zarahna have a country with borders that sings its witness and advances from Ayat and those who disputed with them in it. In the distance of the conflict, the division witnessed against them to clarify the truth, so they sang to the Zarhanah in particular and they went, greetings. Then today they returned to the conflict, so we addressed their worker, Mr. Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Shibli, and showed him the drawing attested in which they surrendered the country, but he did not interrupt. We make allegations and turn them to the law in order to limit the quarrel. When we saw that, we directed them to complain against our Lord, the Caliph, may God bless him. They have the drawing in their hand, so look at it. If the matter is as we mentioned, then the right is their right, and the one who has the right has a say.
