Praise be to God alone. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, the servant of the highest station in God, the happiest jurist, the most glorious leader, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. And after your dearest letter was sent to us, we met it with the best acceptance regarding the dispute between Mr. Abdel Salam and Mr. Ahmed bin Al-Arabi Al-Wardi, and we investigated their case, as you commanded us to, on a piece of the country, and we separated them completely, and they came to terms with what was mentioned, and we explained the truth to each one. From them and our compliance with your command is obedience to God and for service and peace on the 28th of Hajj al-Haram 1278, with the permission of Sheikh Haddou bin Khuda al-Wardi, may God be kind to everyone with his blessings, Amen
