Praise be to God alone May God’s blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family, our love, the leader, the guide, the guide, and the most guided jurist, Sir Idris Al-Sarraj. And what is required of the perfection of your generosity and benevolence is that you take into account the brothers of Idris, who was an old man with you, that we make for them another man who will protect them in the treasury cost, and here I am directing them to your honor with the runner-up, such as on In the sanctuary to our Lord Idris, all of them to you, and may they heal you in the news.
