Praise be to God, our dearest earthly lover, Commander Farji, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. We will give you three hundred shekels, the price of the nation for which Sayyed Musa Boukraa was imprisoned, and his army has marched and we have directed him to pay it. And with love and peace, 27 Qada in the year 1284, Idris al-Sarraj. Praise be to God and upon our beloved, earthly jurist, Sayyed Idris al-Sarraj. Dearest peace and God’s mercy, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after what you have directed about him has arrived. Love and peace in history around him, and where the nation responds, its price appears to us, what it has, what it has increased, and what it has decreased, and the runner-up of the high position, in God, my relief.
