Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions, our master the eminent scholar and jurist Naqib, our honorable masters, my master Moulay Abd al-Rahman bin Moulay Ali bin Zidane, may God protect you and peace be upon your masters and God’s mercy in the presence of our master, may God grant him victory, and after my honorable master, when he passed away, write to you, the company of the letter of the Pasha, Sidi Idris al-Sarraj, regarding the Zarahna, so that they pay the price of the olives quickly and without delay, and that the price be paid in your happy presence. With Muknasa, our friend directed us to Al-Zarahna, so it became Whitela on him, and Ajala is on it, and the Pasha, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, should direct it to them from among your companions, whoever will come down to them with our friend so that he can separate him, since he is the ruler over them in the places, and whoever of them goes shopping, we will arrest them until they separate, and accordingly inform us, sir, so that we will be mindful and for service and peace on the 24th of Safar 1290, Caliph Ali Al-Mazkiti.
