The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions until the Day of Judgment. The Sheikh Imam, the grammarian, reciter and linguist, the investigator Abu Zaid Ali bin Abdul Rahman bin Ali bin Saleh Al-Makudi, said: May God Almighty preserve his blessings. Praise be to God who enlightened our hearts with his knowledge of literature and opened our chests to understand the secrets of Arabic until he spared us from the fragrance of his asceticism and whose fruit yields fruit.
End of the manuscript: Chapter: Reduced names. It has been mentioned that nouns are divided into three categories: the nominative, the accusative, and the lower case (...) and it was mentioned by some linguists that he is an Arabized knight. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
