Praise be to God, our beloved, the eminent jurist, the best scholar, Sir Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God support him, and after the dispute over the disputed issue in the hands of the complaining woman, the wife of Al-Abdalawi and Al-Hajji, with her husband’s cousin, we spent it according to the obedient law according to what we commanded, and with love and peace, on the 13th of Ramadan in the year 1283. The Imam, and after that, we have learned what you mentioned above, and here is the aforementioned Ibn al-Abdalawi, the husband of the complainant above, bless you, so join him with his opponent according to the law that is obeyed, but we directed him to you, even though you loved us by dismissing the case according to the law so that they meet with his opponent in front of you and you raise them to the law. He came so afraid of you that he intended to deprive Maulana Idris from the first time, so we would like you to believe in his fear and see the acquittal that is in his hand and between his aforementioned opponent, and with love and peace Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
