Praise be to God alone, may God’s prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and companions, our Master the Jurist, the Lord, the Most Guided Leader, the happiest President, Sidi Idris al-Sarraj. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord Al-Mansour, by God. And after, sir, you will receive your right from our autumn, some grapes and heads of chickens, and we paid zakat as authorized in the letter of your successor, Hajj Belkacem. We have learned, sir, that you did not doubt God. He will expiate your sins, and may God relieve you of what has befallen you.
