Notes	Praise be to God alone May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our master, the earthly jurist, Pasha Al-Murtaza, the servant of the highest place in God, my master Idris Al-Sarraj. May God grant you success in what pleases him. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the best of our master, may God grant him victory. And as for your command to be obeyed, we complied with it and taught him (the amputation) of it by empowering what was left behind, the heirs of the Duryar, for they were able to protect their homes and their belongings with blessings. May God bless you and keep you as a benefactor to us and a supporter of kindness to his grandfather, the Prophet and His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him. On the 28th of Rabi’ al-Thani 1279, Belaid al-Amiri’s father-in-law was born, may God grant him success.
