Notes Praise be to God, the company was established by the will and power of God, the son of Al-Makki bin Al-Sayyid Allal Al-Bitar and Sidi Muhammad bin Boutaleb Al-Awdi Al-Sousi. Each of them sent down one hundred mithqals, one hundred mithqals, and one hundred mithqals of his date dirhams, and they mixed the two money, so the total became two hundred mithqals, knowing that they would serve with it the craftsmanship of Terahwit, in the yard located in Sidi Al-Khayyat, opposite the Arsat Al-Shami, and the second of them would sell and buy, and the money would be allowed, and the first would serve. And upon them both fear God and His approval, acknowledging the second of them, that the erection of the aforementioned mill, which is on the side of al-Zaid in the valley, which includes twelve sieves and five-rowed knives, is a stop for Saba, Manqaqi, Qadum, and Aud with its expenses, and it is a quarter of Busayar.
