Praise be to God, the company was established by the will and power of God, the son of Al-Makki bin Al-Sayyid Allal Al-Bitar and Sidi Muhammad bin Boutaleb Al-Awdi Al-Sousi. Each of them sent down one hundred mithqals, one hundred mithqals, and one hundred mithqals of his date dirhams, and they mixed the two money, so the total became two hundred mithqals, knowing that they would serve with it the craftsmanship of Terahwit, in the yard located in Sidi Al-Khayyat, opposite the Arsat Al-Shami, and the second of them would sell and buy, and the money would be allowed, and the first would serve. With the aforementioned mill, and he sits with it, and the profit that comes to him shall be divided between them in thirds. Two-thirds shall go to the first, and one-third shall go to the second of them. This is after the maturity of the capital, and the return of each share in the hand of its Lord in full. And upon them both fear God and His approval, acknowledging the second of them, that the erection of the aforementioned mill, which is on the side of al-Zaid in the valley, which includes twelve sieves and five-rowed knives, is a stop for Saba, Manqaqi, Qadum, and Aud with its expenses, and it is a quarter of Busayar. On the authority of four heads, on the authority of four, he has nothing in all of what he mentioned, but rather it is for the first only, as he recognized his value over them in its entirety, and he recognized the first and recognized the second, on the authority of his light-hearted spring, Al-Sawda, Aseel Muhaj, and on the twenty-first of Rajab in the year two hundred and eighty-four and a thousand.
