Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our Master and Master Muhammad and his family, our dearest earthly son, the Eminent Pasha and Jurist, Mr. Al-Tayeb Al-Muqri, may God protect you, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, and the presence of our Master, may God grant him victory. After the consideration of our Master, may God Almighty grant him victory, it was necessary to lift the agreement on the property that Mr. Idris bin Abdel-Aali, a corner in Casablanca, had prepared, where he signed the certificates to abandon what he claimed from the sheikhdom and committed himself. Do not return to claiming this, and I order the writings for you and the two jurists, Mr. Al-Hashemi bin Khadra and Mr. Ahmed Al-Azmouri, that each of you direct your representative to lift the agreement regarding the aforementioned property with two accounts and enable its owner to dispose of it after he renews his certificates that he will not use the aforementioned place as a corner and name it a mosque or school. He may use it for residence or for rent, and he orders you as long as he is at his disposal to supervise the implementation of this and monitor it immediately and in the future to do what was mentioned. The honorable order was implemented, called by God, and upon fatherhood and peace, on the 3rd of Hajj al-Haram in the year 1365. Muhammad al-Muqri, may God grant him success.
