Praise be to God, our beloved, the earthly president, Sir Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you. For the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. We have long waited for someone to serve in Ibn Shahr’s place, and as for his brother’s stay and imprisonment in prison, it has not helped us in anything. And now, we must love you to see for us someone who will serve in his place. What our master, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded on the 11th of Qa’dah al-Haram in the year 12836.
