Praise be to God, his witnesses were present, may God Almighty exalt him, the teacher, Hassan bin Ali Al-Yousi, the plaintiff Al-Shalh, and his nephew, the teacher Ahmed bin J, of lineage, and the teacher, Sidi Abd al-Salam bin Si Muhammad, the lineage teacher, called Al-Bakali, of lineage, and they testified that the twenty-eight riyals that their uncle had lent to the aforementioned Hassan, with the intention of fixing the obligations of the country of Bouazouan, is their debt to their Lord for trade between them, of which their uncle gives to the aforementioned Hassan, eighteen riyals, which is his portion, and of which the aforementioned teacher, Ahmed bin J, pays. Six riyals for him and his team, of which the aforementioned Abd al-Salam bin al-Baqali pays four riyals for him and his team, by virtue of the solution, as a means to show them. As for what is obligatory, as if you are foolish, to take from the price of the aforementioned country when selling it, fifty riyals from the price of its neck, of which thirty riyals for a thousand pounds as rent to their uncle, Hassan mentioned, for a reason and a wave on that, and twenty riyals for the sake of reconciliation with the heirs of the woman, Fadila, and if it exceeds that, twenty riyals, for the sake of reconciliation with the heirs of the woman, Fadila, and if it increases that together, for the male Hasan, one of the more. His private and pure wealth has full presence and witnesses who knew its value and testified to it in its entirety and they knew it, on the fifth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year one thousand three hundred and thirty-two.
