Notes Praise be to God, for the permission of the one who must be protected and cherished by God, on the tongue of his helper, Hajj Al-Arabi, with joy his two martyrs in his history stood, and they were farmers who were aware of the corruption of the irrigation waters of the cultivated gardens, with all the leadership of the irrigation irrigation sluices of the sluices, to the extent that happens to them, and of what is obligatory upon each of the sluices, and to them is the reference in knowing that, along with those who asked them to stand on the watering vessel prepared with all the sluices of water for irrigating the aforementioned sluices, and which is limited to the tora on its right, so they looked at it completely, and circumambulated it circumambulatingly. For a year, their valleys were filled with dirt until their place disappeared, and the seepages of water for irrigating the towns remained. We worshiped them, and there was a flow from them instead of their survival. Likewise, they harmed you according to what would happen to them, and what is obligatory upon each of the masters of the towns. This was demonstrated by the evidence of their consideration and the proof of their knowledge and what their diligence led to. As for the Alif, its remaining like this is harm, and it will not be removed except by loading it from the hopper until it reaches the valley, and they will harm you according to what happens to it by seventy-five mithqals, and what is obligatory upon every one of them. Arbab al-Baladat is what was drawn on each of the translations, where Ashbar said that and testified to it, and by adding it, their testimony was recorded in an official version of it on the third of Jumada II in the year two hundred and eighty-four, and the thousand of the honorable Sidi Al-Arabi Al-Dabbagh Al-Falah      Al-Arabi bin Al-Sayyid Hamm Buqaa Al-Falah witnessed the dome of praise be to God. I bear witness to the honorable jurist, the eminent scholar, the best scholar, the deputy judge of the group, to his appointed one, and he is Al-Hasani, may God bless him, so the above drawing is proven with him. Complete proof is obligatory, and it is the word of God Almighty, so that he has that in terms of what was mentioned in the history above, where the value of fifty oqiyas was raised on the land of Al-Safafra, with our Lord, and in it, so that on the land of the principal, Sidi Al-Mahdi Al-Abbas Bahulai, the amount of eight mithqals was imposed, so that on the land of Hajj Omar bin Makhlouf in the aforementioned place, the amount was raised by sixteen mithqals, so that on the country of Sayyid Muhammad Barisha in the aforementioned place, the amount was raised by seventy ouguiyas, so that on the country of Awlad Ibn Jalun in the aforementioned place, the amount was raised, twelve mithqals.
