| Notes | Gentlemen, today we bid farewell to the Vice-President of the Council, Monsieur Sicre, and we pay him our respects with the thanks he deserves for the great services he performed during the period of his fulfillment of this position, which Mahmoud Al-Massa’ departed from. We welcome his successor in this place, a well-known man in our association, a hand of one hundred morals and simplicity in his works, and he is Monsieur Marzni, and for the good qualities he is famous for. We are optimistic that he will lead this council, which is filled with important benefits, so we extend to him all our congratulations on this. The precious trust vested in the Council. We also extend our thanks to all the members who joined the Council for the generous support they provided during their work in it. We extend our sincere congratulations to those who succeeded them in the Council, and we ask them to help and support them in carrying out what was entrusted to them on February 2, 1938. |
