Notes Praise be to God, the noble Sharif, Sir Muhammad bin Sharif, the venerable, Moulay Hashim Al-Alawi Al-Muhammadi, and the Sharif, Moulay Sharif bin Moulay Al-Tayeb Al-Alawi, the Sufi, and Al-Sayyid Al-Asawi, son of Al-Sayyid, Allal Garmoush, together among them, Maktari, and a face from Al-Makri for them, supervising the endowment of the poor, the trustworthy merchant, Al-Tayyid Al-Haj Al-Arabi, son of the merchant, Al-Sayyid Haj Abd Al-Karim Ibn Musa, may God bless his salvation and ease his affairs, the entire spacious area prepared for the sale of grains located in Al-Saffah, with the hotel inside it. With the houses inside them for a period of one year from the first month of its date, with a duty amounting to eighty mithqals for a month’s food. The renters presented to the prison collector, the student, Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Faqih, Sidi Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Salasi, and a three-month plot from the end of the period that he took from them on inspection, and he collects it for them from the last period, and Ibrahim of it, and they would like the remainder of it and the duty of every last month in full rent, and they agreed and were satisfied, and they committed themselves not to invite a key or custom. There is no lack of possibility, upon the expiration of the period, of a binding obligation for them. They knew its value, which was witnessed by them in its entirety, and by their knowledge, and the erection of the observer. On the thirteenth of Rabi’ al-Awwal al-Nabawi al-Anwar in the year three hundred and sixty-six, the Alif al-Haqq was also authenticated by Him, Glory be to Him.
