| Notes | Praise be to God, Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Al-Filali, the companion of the Pasha in Fez Al-Qarawiyyin, the jurist Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, was present with his two witnesses to you. He mentioned that the Pasha had sent him to look into the lawsuit of Mr. Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Masoud and Alal Al-Hawari, along with Lieutenant Colonel Ali bin Hashim Al-Makudi. He filed his lawsuit against his opponent and postponed it for ten days. The aforementioned Al-Makudi did not accept that anyone would testify against him, so he fled and took refuge in the Haram, and this remains sufficient until now. Whoever heard from him what he mentioned, recorded it with two witnesses. On him, knowing his destiny, and he was fully aware of it, and he was aware of it, and on the nineteenth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year two hundred and eighty, and one thousand servants of his Lord, Glory be to Him. |
