Notes
Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family. May God protect, with His benevolence and generosity, the position of the leader, the most glorious, the best, the happiest, the most exalted in God’s position, the jurist, Sir Idris Idris al-Siraj. May God protect you, protect you, grant you success, and help you. May God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon the best of our Master. May God support him and grant him victory. And after we inform you that the honorable residents of Zarhun and the knowledge have come to His Eminence, our Master, regarding the matter that occurred. They have no secret of you. Praise be to God for the peace. He rejoiced in the name of our master, may God honor him. He placed them in a good house. They searched for me and I came to them. They asked me about your goodness, your money, and your spending with the public. I answered them well, and the great goodness was confirmed upon you as you deserve it. I said to them, “If God wants you, let him be your blame. They asked for you, our master, may God bless him. God completes with goodness and continued well-being, and with your guardianship over them, God will keep you in constant goodness and happiness.” And this is what I am obligated to inform you of, and peace be upon you, and we are destined to pay your respects in the name of God, the Messenger, and your father, may God protect him, by disposing of Hajj Muhammad al-Shami until he is in your hands, because he violated the covenant that was between us, because I agreed with him that he would pay the dirhams and remain in his movement, and we would pay my head. Then after that, Rashid paid me and she died, and we wanted to cherish and his mother, and we made twenty mithqals for each one, and she did not stop, and we increased fifty uqiyas. All of them received twenty-five mithqals and six in the amount. With multiple cards and he did not greet me with anything, I ask you to please be there for the sake of Maulana Idris. Get to know him and talk to him. Peace be upon you on the 26th of Shaban al-Abarak in the year 1278.
