Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our earthly master, and the place of our master Al-Ahda, the jurist, the Pasha, Sidi Muhammad bin Talib. May God bless your days and protect you with goodness, and peace and God’s mercy be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God support him. Learn, O our master, Hajj Al-Thami Al-Zarhouni Al-Janadi, and respond to our ministry with my master Abdullah Al-Hajjam, may God benefit our master with his blessings, and he wanted to pay my master’s blessings, and I prevented all of that. Because of your words, God honored her and guarded her so that he would leave to our presence for fear of the Banu Junad falling into strife and their lack of service. He wanted to escape himself at night until the strife stopped him, and he committed himself to all costs and service with whoever he was and his heart except time. It is obligatory for us not to decide on a matter except with your consultation because you are our tree and we (part) your shadow. May God bless you and peace on the 4th of Ramadan in the year 1274.
