Notes Praise be to God, since those who design the buildings with traffic and changes in this Idrisian Presence may increase, change and reduce in their buildings the saddles, the hatches, the stitches, the conversion, and other things for you, and because of that, change occurs to the neighborhoods and mosques that have a connection to that, and the case was raised to whomever it is necessary, may God Almighty honor him, so he ordered, supported by God Almighty, the presence of customary and senior people mentioned in Al-Tura on his right, including builders, carpenters, plasterers, Qanwis, and sweepers, so he brought his parents, may God Almighty honor him. And after He concluded for them the matter of people doing what was mentioned, and they are helping them and doing for them what they wanted from what was mentioned, and that harm is not permissible according to the Sharia, and whoever of the teachers returns to helping people in doing something of what was mentioned without proof of a legal reason, then he is required to be punished and reprimanded from the warehouse, and after their announcement of hearing and obedience to what the Sharia has commanded, the obedient one bears witness that they do not go back to doing what the noble Sharia has forbidden them to do in any way, and if there is harm from it, what is mentioned, then it is binding on him. The punishment is from the warehouse and his hand is removed from his service in that moment, and they adhered to what was mentioned in the obligation required of them, and each one of those present in Bran committed to informing those who did not attend the Armenians, the people of his craft, about what the testimony had taken place. Then two of the group of builders swore to him that they had done what was customary for the incident. He would talk to them about what they mentioned, and they were the teacher Bouzian, Ahmad, Belkhair, Moulay Sulaiman, and Haj Abd al-Rahman Ibn Abd al-Razzaq, and that everyone who wanted to serve in his craft had a `Arifah to be his mark upon him.
