Praise be to God alone There is no power nor strength except with God. We have bestowed, with God’s power and strength, upon the lover of our honorable servant Eli Cohen, the translation of the Department of Dukhan Specialization in the Noble Eyalat, with our Al-Hafizi Medal of the fifth degree from him. Out of concern for his eligibility for it, let him imitate it with great pride and may his destiny appreciate it. He wrote in our Al-Fassiyya Al-Saeed capital on the 20th of Qada in the year 1329, Abdul Hafeez bin Al-Hassan, may God protect him. And his Master, and He is the Most Merciful of the Merciful, for God is Ever-Living and All-Preserving
