Notes Praise be to God, the witnesses whose names are mentioned after its history know the spouses. The woman was Fadila bint Qasim al-Jabali al-Buhasani and her husband, Ahmad bin Qasim. The lineage is fully and sufficiently known by law with him and with him. They testify to the establishment of the marriage between them and their connection until he divorced her for more than a year, and they do not know him to take him back. She did not marry this woman until now and until now. All of that is in their knowledge and the validity of their certainty. Some knew him by kinship and some by looking at the circumstances, and their testimony was recorded by someone responsible for them. To her questioner, on the nineteenth of Rabi’ al-Nabawi al-Anwar in the year one thousand three hundred and twenty-five, al-Haqq al-Murabit al-Sanhaji, authenticated by Sayyid Ahmad ibn al-Baranusi Qasim al-Jabali, the hadith of al-Sayyid Abd al-Salam Rabbuh ibn Ahmad of the Fujiji lineage, i.e. Muhammad ibn Ahmad of the lineage al-Bu Hasani al-Hadi ibn Muhammad al-Alami, Rab’ah Muhujub, Sir Muhammad ibn al-Hussein Khafif al-Aridi al-Husayn Barada and al-Dhimmi, Si Muhammad ibn Ali al-Jabali Hosni, the hadith of Muhammad ibn Ahmad, the lineage Muhujib, i.e. Muhammad ibn al-Tayyib, his good Lord. Lineage, Hadith, Ali bin Ham, Lineage, Hadith, Ahmad bin Hammad, Lineage, Ali bin Ahmad, Lineage is clear, Si Muhammad bin Ham, Lineage is more similar. They bear witness to him from one side to another from him. Praise be to God. I bear witness to the eminent jurist, the scholar, the scholar, the teacher, the best benefit, the guarded judge of Fez and its environs, and he (amputee). As mentioned, and on the above date, Abd Rabbuh, praise be to him, got married with the blessings of God Almighty and His good help and praiseworthy success, and through His blessings, and through His blessings, Sayyid Idris bin Muhammad bin Qasim Barisha Al-Rahawi, with the woman Fadila mentioned hereunder. There is something about him whose waiting period has expired due to the divorce he separated from her. There is a dowry amounting to ten riyals, a caftan, a red file, and a silk sabiya on a scale. The wife has received from the husband everything except the sabiya with her confession and his acquittal of that, and the sabiya gives her a solution that he does not want. Except that he must marry her in accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah. Her maternal uncle, Muhammad Dimma bin Isa, from her lineage, married him to her with her authorization from him over him. He heard him as a witness from her in his history, and the husband accepted him completely. They knew his worth, attested to them in full, and the husband knew, he knew the price of his number, with the description of the wife as a quarter, white, with a straight nose, obscured by her chin and cheek, and between her eyes, a tattoo. And three hundred and one thousand servants of his Lord, the Most High. Praise be to God. Praise be to God. After the above-mentioned husband, Mr. Idris J. Muhammad bin Qasim Barisha, confessed that he issued an oath of divorce to his wife, Fadila bint Qasim al-Jabali, mentioned with him, then she urged and fully agreed to that, and they testified together that she had withdrawn from the aforementioned divorce, and that he granted to her in this return a Roman family that she acquired from him. He inspected it, and it increased it from him, Sir, in full review. I went before her to her father-in-law, mentioned above, with a power of attorney from her to him to hear him. He was a martyr from her in his history and the husband accepted him completely. They knew his worth and testified to them in full, and it was customary for Al-Omrani. He knew her on the second of Shaban Al-Abrak in the year one thousand three hundred and thirty-eight.
